Guitar Center setup help?

-I'm buying a used guitar from GC, it's an Ibanez RG4EXQM1 with an Edge III tremolo, and when I played it, I noticed one of the strings are way out of tune, and the saddle holding that string was way out of place, at least I think it was the saddle. Anyways, it was touching the bottom of the bridge pickup by a bit, and all the other saddles were fine and even, the only saddle out of place was the one holding the string that was way out of tune. I was wondering, if I can ask the workers from GC to have the guitar setup to the tuning I want and possibly change the saddle's position.I've always shoped at GC ever since I started playing guitar. The workers there are always helpful and have answered numerous questions with great detail. Anyway.. if you bought your guitar from GC recently whether it is used or new.. just take it back in and ask them to fix it. By the way you explained it, it sounds like an easy 5 minute or less fix.

If for some reason they are stubborn, just tell them to fix it or you will return the guitar.. DO NOT pay for them to fix it. Good Luck :DI would only buy it from GC on the condition that it is set up to your satisfaction when you leave the store. Otherwise you will be paying someone else to set it up for you. You wouldn't buy a car that had a wheel falling off. There is no reason for them to sell a guitar that isn't setup and intonated properly. Don't be afraid to haggle with GC.
