How many frets does an acoustic guitar usually have?

-My Guitar has 22 frets, I know most guitars have 20, so Is mine stupid, or more Advanced???

And what is advantage or disadvantage of having 22 frets???Pretty much the same as telvolk, you can play higher notes, and you can play some songs that 20 fret guitars can't play. Disadvantage is that it's harder to play the higher notes because you have to stretch so far to reach the fret, so it's especially hard if you have short fingers. Also it's harder to play chords up there, so bar chords are your best option when you play that high.
most have 15+ the good thing about a 22fret is that it has 1 more fret then a 21freet guitar
