Which electric guitar should i buy for 220$?

-i wanna buy best electric guitar.i play usualy metal but also all type of songs.pls suggest best bec i dont want to waste my father money.also i want to buy boss me 70 effect pedal is it is good?Yikes, you're on a tight budget like me. One thing you could do is get on musiciansfriend.com and browse the stuff under your price range. But I would say that if it's not from a well-known brand, don't take the chance at such a low price.



Now, there are tons of guitars from lesser-known companies. The one I would absolutely recommend a million times is Xaviere. Check out the sources section for the link. They have GREAT quality guitars for low prices. I have the XV-700, which is like a Les Paul copy, and it's fantastic. The company that makes them is really good on customer service, too. So if you decide that you want one, but don't know which one, email them, letting them know what kind of sound you're going for, and Jay himself will reply within a day. That's how much I've dealt with them, I know the guy's name.



One piece of advice: Any time you have to buy something without the opportunity of trying it, RESEARCH EXTENSIVELY. Check out reviews online, look at YouTube videos of them. Whatever you can. Anyway, good luck!

I just bought and Xaviere guitar, because their pickups are excellent.



With metal, though, you need lots of frets and a fast neck and humbuckers. I think I would wait and save up to $300 and get a Jackson, Schecter or ibanez. The wizard necks are quite fast.
If you play mainly metal, id say save up more money and buy a Dean. They are the best for metal pick-ups and riffs XD lol. I own one, and trust me, wayy worth the money! XD
