In the middle of May, I purchased a Buffet R13 Bb from Lisa's clarinet Shop?

-Until i discovered that my low "e" and "f" plays ridiculously flat (like over 20 cent) even when low "g" and higher play really sharp, i started to be concerned. i really want the e and f to play more sharper. how much would tuning cost?
