Is singing lessons worth it?

-i would really love to learn how to sing. i guess my singing is decent but it's not really 'good.' i would like to take singing lessons but does it actually help? couldnt i just sing a lot and get better? i want to know if its worth the money to try. thanks in advance!Yes, singing lessons with a good teacher are definitely worth it.



Even if you sang a lot on your own, you wouldn't necessarily get better. You could be singing off-key or even injuring your vocal cords and not know it. A vocal teacher will teach you how to increase your range, project your voice, produce a good tone, and sing accurately on pitch without straining your vocal cords or hurting yourself.
